Minor Hotel Group Completes Booking For Webtrends With Inetasia

Bangkok, February, 2016

Minor Hotel Group has entered into a new era of cooperation with Inetasia, signing on for the Hong Kong-based Internet consulting firm’s Webtrends on Demand enterprise level unified analytics platform.

The analytics reporting scalability, enhanced functionality, unlimited data collection (no sampled data) and industry leading data privacy and security offered by Webtrends on Demand will allow Minor Hotel Group to effectively track, monitor and analyze all digital marketing initiatives across its network of 135 hotels and resorts in 22 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and the Indian Ocean.

Encountering limitations with free analytics solutions, Minor Hotel Group carried out a thorough review of the various enterprise solutions available. It decided Webtrends on Demand and the local support provided by Inetasia was the best solution to achieve their goals.

The move to Webtrends presents Minor Hotel Group with a secure, unified platform that delivers precise visitor intelligence and comprehensive reporting, thus enabling them to effectively measure Return on Investment (ROI) for all future digital marketing activities.

Inetasia will also be implementing Campaign Manager, offering Minor Hotel Group benefits like centralized web based digital campaign management allowing faster project roll-out, standardized marketer tools and enhanced campaign control through a central database.

Inetasia’s on-site and off-site local support, multi-lingual (Thai and English) Professional Services team and reputation for experience and expertise in the hotel and hospitality sector were also crucial factors for Minor Hotel Group in its choice of analytics solutions partner.

The engagement with Minor Hotel Group will include Inetasia providing set-up and implementation, requirements gathering, report customization and interpretation, and end-user training and consulting. To Minor Hotel Group, the comprehensive consulting package is as important as the Webtrends platform itself.

"We are very pleased to be working with Minor Hotel Group for what promises to be a longstanding partnership" said Inetasia CEO Gregory Smyth. "Our analytics team is already at work on taking Minor Hotel Group’s digital initiatives to the next level, right across its extensive range of properties."

"Webtrends has become a key part of our analytical strategy to drive results allowing our different brands and teams to use a very simple and comprehensive dashboard up to advanced filtering, unlimited drilldown, heatmaps, previously unavailable. More importantly, our local agency Inetasia has been key to the success of the implementation and vital to the training and configuration of our very specific requirements allowing us to import and export data."
