Load content on new web projects and support existing clients by updating site content as required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Fully understand content loading process.
• Fully understand and document content upload requests from Clients/Creative Manager.
• Upload text/graphics content onto Client sites as required/requested by Clients and/or the Creative Manager. (Note: All graphics work (resizing, touch-ups etc) will be done by Graphic Designers, not the Content Team)
• Double checking of content against client requests (emails, screen shots etc.) or the Inetasia content upload form, before the content is tested by the Test Team.
• Suggest improvements to the content uploading process to the Creative Manager/SQA.
• Assistance on all projects.
• Assist the Sales team as required.
• Track time spent on Content Loading on Individual Status Reports (ISR) and attends Weekly Tracking Meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Communication Arts, Mass Communication or related flied.
• Good writing, communication and presentation skill.
• Good command of both English and Thai.
• Have exemplary editorial and content skills.
• Strong organization abilities.
• At least 1-2 years experience in Content Management or Editorial.
• Computer Skill in MS Windows, MS Office.
• Knowledge of HTML, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, Computer Graphic is an advantage.
