The Web Analytics engineer is the key liaison point between Inetasia and Inetasia clients for a WebTrends implementation. This position includes all of the following:

• Significant interaction with client employees
• Implement web analytics and site tagging solutions for a variety of clients
• Create custom reports for web analytics implementations.
• Good understanding of business model and online marketing strategy
• Go on site to undertake implementations (technical and end user training, or custom reporting)
• Create custom modules that integrate into WebTrends
• Create training curriculum for clients
• Set up hardware (multiple servers) to specification for clients using WebTrends as the platform
• Answer web analytics support tickets (telephone and email) from clients around the region (analysis, training or product related)
• Assist clients in achieving maximum return on investment with suite of tools and services
• Coordinate with Inetasia sales team and professional services teams

Qualifications

• University degree required
• Strong background in internet marketing and web analytics
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Proven success in working with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Technically proficient, self-motivated and results driven
• Team player
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of time throughout Asia
• Native English language capability
