Inetasia Solutions will consider a refund up to 14 days after payment, providing you have not benefited from the service. This does not affect your statutory rights. To claim a refund please contact us.
If Inetasia Solutions is unable to distribute your press release or article because of rejection due to content, we will issue a full refund at the time of rejection. If we are unable to voice verify your press release within a reasonable period of time (usually 7 - 10 business days), we will cancel your press release and issue a full refund. Other refunds may be eligible on a case to case basis.
