Bank Islam Renews Amplitude Analytics Partnership with InetAsia for 2026–2027
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 15 December 2025 – Bank Islam Malaysia has renewed and expanded its Amplitude Analytics contract with InetAsia for another 2 years, reaffirming its commitment to leveraging advanced digital analytics to enhance customer experience and data-driven decision making.
Through the renewed partnership, InetAsia will continue to provide implementation support, analytics optimisation, and strategic guidance for Bank Islam’s Amplitude Analytics platform. The collaboration focuses on strengthening user journey analysis, improving digital product performance, and enabling Bank Islam’s teams to gain deeper insights into customer behaviour across its digital channels.
By continuing to invest in advanced analytics capabilities, Bank Islam aims to further enhance its digital banking experience, optimise engagement across key touchpoints, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with its digital transformation roadmap.
