Leading Asian digital measurement and internet consultancy Inetasia, as the official value-added reseller of Tealium in Asia, has announced a partnership with Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN) to implement two key Tealium products - Tealium iQ and Tealium AudienceStream – which will unify all HKBN customer data to create a single view of the customer and provide the ability to gain a deeper understanding of customer interaction, as well as consistently engage and automate marketing actions.

Tealium provides solutions for optimizing customer experiences: enterprise tag management system Tealium iQ which helps ensure consistent tags across all digital platforms for optimized customer interactions and Tealium AudienceStream, a real-time unified marketing platform.

With Tealium iQ, HKBN will be able to dynamically manage tags, while inserting data definitions without coding; standardize data at the source for all marketing technologies and vendors and provide website visitors with opt-out choices, while auditing data collection and globally supporting Do Not Track.

Tealium AudienceStream leads to smarter customer interactions based on real-time behaviour. The solution also interacts with offline data, along with digital marketing initiatives and CRM systems.
